Air Amplifier Systems

High Pressure Technologies Air Amplifier Systems are ideal for shops in which the existing air supply pressure is insufficient. HPT Air Amplifier systems are plug and play solutions for applications where plant air pressure needs to be boosted for the operation of air tools, pneumatic clamps, cylinders and other equipment or where high pressure air is required for testing purposes. These systems provide short-term high flow or constant flow with reserve, at a regulated output pressure. HPT Air Amplifier Systems utilize A.S.M.E rated and CRN (Canada) Storage tanks which come with a safety relief valve, drain valve and pressure gauge.

Each air amplifier system is also equipped with an inlet air filter, inlet air regulator, inlet on/off speed control valve and outlet pressure regulator with gauge, relief valve. HPT Air Amplifier Systems come standard with either 200, 250, or 500 psi tanks. Standard Tank sizes range from 1 gallon to 30 gallon. Larger tanks are available if required. Where outlet pressure exceeds 200 psi, a range of high pressure regulators are availabe sized to suit the pressure and flow required.

2:1 Ratio - Air Amplifier Systems

For applications requiring the air pressure to be increased up to twice the existing pressure, a 2:1 ratio air amplifier system is ideal. Using the same compressed air to power the amplifier, pressures as high as 300 psi can be achieved. Single and Double acting air amplifier systems are available depending on your applications flow rates requirements.

Multiple Ratio - Air Amplifier Systems

Multiple Ratio Air Amplifier Systems will take your existing air pressure to pressures as high as 4,350 psi dependant on the ratio of booster selected. Single and Double acting air amplifier systems are available in ratios of 4:1, 5:1, 15:1 and 30:1 depending on your applications pressure & flow rate requirements.

Maximator Air Pressure Amplifiers are designed to boost plant air pressure or increase the supply air pressure at work stations and pneumatically operated machinery when the available working pressure is insufficient. Air operated tools become more efficient when coupled with air amplifiers. These amplifiers are capable of generating pressures from 30 psi to 4,350 psi.
