L-D Series

L-D Series High Pressure Pumps

The L-D Series are double-acting pumps. These pumps are double-acting versions of Maximator’s L-series pumps, which are also known as workhorse series.

  • L-D Series double-acting pumps have stainless steel bodies, and plungers, which have UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) seals. Also, these pumps have Viton 2 O-rings (-VE).
  • The pumps from L-60DS to L250DS are available with side inlet.
  • Maximum air drive pressure of these pumps is 145 psi.
  • Minimum air drive pressure of these pumps is 15 psi.
  • ACP must be added to catalog number for pumps with air control version.
  • All L-D pumps are provided with an unregulated pilot port, 1/8″FNPT. This feature is standard, and allows easy on/off pump control using a pilot switch, or a small valve.
  • These pumps produce less pulsation, and deliver more than 50% flow.
  • All L-D pumps have single head style, and are available in 8 pressure ratios.

Note: All L-D pumps have 1/2″ FNPT air drive inlet connection.
Maximum allowable liquid temperature is 140°F.
Air section temperature rating is 0°F – 140°F.
Air pilot connection measures 1/8”, and is essential for operation.
The 9 /16″ –18 is a 1/4″ O.D. tubing, threaded, and high pressure coned connection.
